Job Summary
Process purchases with accuracy, stock shelves, and safely unload delivery trucks. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding animals, while answering customer questions on animal care and product selection. Carry heavy items up to 65 lbs and stand for long periods. Support colleagues as backup staff and maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
