Store Team Member

Conduct daily sales transactions, assist customers in selecting sports and outdoor gear, and maintain store appearance and inventory levels. Guide shoppers to appropriate products while ensuring the retail environment remains organized and ready for active customers. Perform tasks such as cash handling, merchandising, and asset protection duties as assigned based on specific team member roles. This role supports Academy Sports + Outdoors' mission to provide experiences for both customers and team members across the nation's largest sporting goods retailer.
