Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing inventory, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines. Deliver a Personal Chef shopping experience to all customers while training sales leaders and new joiners on product knowledge, onboarding, and company goals. Monitor team performance, track weekly and quarterly objectives, and handle customer complaints in partnership with Customer Service and QA. Assist the Store Sales Leader in planning local marketing strategies and covering activities during their absence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs, pricing, and operational tasks to drive sales results.
Required Qualifications
- Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures – walk-in freezers
- Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and products
- The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- High school degree or GED
- Previous retail supervisory experience
