Job Summary
Manage inbound freight processing and replenish sales floor stock while maintaining a clean, organized stock room. Oversee return processes, execute store-to-warehouse transfers, and handle omni-channel orders including FES and phone call management. Drive sales and brand loyalty by modeling service, analyzing business reports, and developing seasonal activations. Train new hires on product knowledge and company policies, support store champions, and conduct regular size audits. Address employee conflicts, recommend staffing adjustments, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Serve as a key holder for store openings and closings, manage the cash office, and oversee expense budgets. This full-time role supports the new Briarwood Mall store opening in Ann Arbor, MI, with a starting base pay of $19.76–$24.70.
Required Qualifications
- 2-Year Associates Degree
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel)
- Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment and customer experience
- Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work in a retail environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
