Job Summary
Manage inbound freight processing, replenish sales floor stock, and execute omni-channel orders including BOPIS and phone management while maintaining a clean, organized stock room. Direct team talent through daily start-up meetings, size audits, and training sessions, ensuring associates meet performance standards and safety protocols. Drive conversion and sales by analyzing business reports, implementing recognition programs, and fostering an inclusive environment where service remains the top priority. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer a market-based compensation starting at $22.58 and up to $28.22, plus comprehensive benefits designed to support your health and financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent
- at least 2 plus years of retail experience in relevant retailer
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel)
- comfort with social media platforms
- Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
