Job Summary
Plan floor sets, execute visual displays, and analyze sales reports to drive revenue and brand integrity at the new Naperville store. Lead daily operations by managing staff training, conducting size audits, and ensuring peak readiness for sales events. Handle cashier execution, cash reconciliation, and expense management while maintaining strict safety and health protocols. This full-time, year-round role supports the Product area and requires a 2-year associate degree plus retail experience. Join L.L.Bean's newest location to help launch the Fall season and foster an inclusive outdoor lifestyle community.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent
- at least 2 plus years of retail experience in relevant retailer
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel)
- comfort with social media platforms
- Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment and customer experience
