Store Team Leader - Markland Avenue

Store Team Leader assists the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, management team, and staff to execute store operational goals of the annual operating plan. The Team Leader coaches and trains hourly employees, participates in recruitment, and handles day-to-day tasks, customer interactions, and adherence to Goodwill’s policies and values. Responsibilities include staff development, coaching, communications, operations execution, monitoring sales and donations, and financial stewardship of site resources. Qualifications emphasize leadership, coaching, customer focus, computer literacy, teamwork, and ethical conduct. Physical requirements include the ability to spend significant time standing and to move/lift up to 10-50 pounds.
