Store Team Lead

Store Team Lead at Wild Fork oversees daily store operations and supports leadership by delegating tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring objectives are met.Responsibilities include delivering best-in-class customer service, providing a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience, training Sales Leaders, maintaining product knowledge, managing onboarding and training for new joiners, coordinating with the SSL on scheduling and shadowing, leading continuous training programs, participating in campaigns and product training, evaluating employee performance, and driving local marketing initiatives. The role requires operational excellence in inventory management, adherence to policies, and collaboration across teams to drive store performance. Qualifications emphasize high school degree or GED and prior retail supervisory experience; hybrid experience with training and development is valued. The position includes a path to ownership of store results and requires flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
