Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure the store objectives are met. Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to customers and train sales leaders to do the same. Act as a subject matter expert in product categories, share knowledge with the team, and uphold company policies. Lead on-the-job training from onboarding through online learning, coordinate shadowing with the SSL, and drive participation in training programs. Collaborate with the SSL on scheduling, campaigns, and product launches. Manage marketing initiatives at the local level, monitor KPIs, inventory, and sales performance, and assist in covering activities for the SSL in their absence. Maintain strong customer service, handle complaints with support from Customer Service and QA, and motivate Sales Leaders to perform at their best. Ensure flexibility in scheduling, multi-task across duties, and uphold integrity as part of a team focused on a shared vision.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
- Wild Fork experience for a minimum of 6 months
