Job Summary
Store Team Lead role at Wild Fork responsible for overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and achieving store objectives. Provide a Personal Chef shopping experience and train Sales Leaders to deliver it. Act as a Brand Ambassador with product knowledge across categories, lead onboarding and ongoing training, collaborate with the SSL on shadowing and training, participate in marketing/product training calls, and drive continuous training programs. Manage customer service excellence, handle complaints with SOP-backed processes, supervise store processes, optimize inventory and pricing, and coordinate local marketing initiatives. Maintain awareness of store goals, KPIs, and performance, and be available to support the SSL in their absence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required; minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume customer service environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
