Store Support Teammate (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about store merchandise, and complete transactions using POS software while bagging purchases. Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, payment policies, and security practices to monitor and prevent theft risks. Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks like preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and completing price markdowns. Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable while adhering to company policies and contributing to team spirit. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. No prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
