Job Summary
Greet guests, answer merchandise questions, and complete transactions using the Point of Sale system while maintaining a clean, organized store. Monitor security risks, handle thefts, and assist with merchandising tasks like preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and applying price markdowns. Share knowledge of sales promotions, payment policies, and exchange procedures. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. Perform duties with a high level of guest service to contribute to a positive team spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
