Store Support Teammate (Part Time)

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about the store and merchandise, and complete transactions using POS software while bagging purchases. Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, payment policies, exchanges, and security practices to monitor and prevent theft. Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks like preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and completing price markdowns. Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable while adhering to the Code of Ethics and company policies. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. No prior experience required; this part-time role supports Buckle's mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
