Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer merchandise questions, and complete transactions using POS software while bagging purchases. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, monitor security risks, and assist with merchandising tasks like display preparation and price markdowns. Share knowledge of sales promotions, exchange policies, and security practices. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. Perform duties while adhering to the Code of Ethics and contributing to a positive team spirit. No supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
