Store Supervisor

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education while supporting team members during assigned shifts. Act as a point of contact in the absence of management and assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising. Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards to uphold Value Buds' mission of providing high-quality products at everyday low prices. This role requires 2+ years of retail experience, supervisory skills, and valid cannabis selling certification. You must be at least 18 years old, eligible for a criminal record check, and able to stand and lift up to 40 lbs.
