Job Summary
Lead shifts at the drive-thru, including morning rushes, middays, and closes, while training new baristas and assisting with ordering, administrative duties, and shift opening/closing. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food, and maintain the store through cleaning, sanitizing, and proper food handling. Stock supplies, resolve quality and service complaints, and assist with receiving deliveries. Manage business costs and perform additional duties as assigned. Weekend and night availability required; must be 18 or older. Flexible schedule with all shifts available.
