Job Summary
Shift Lead at Scooter’s Coffee franchisee overseeing opening and/or closing shifts, directing workflow, modeling barista responsibilities, ensuring quality customer experience and brand beverage execution, training new team members, driving sales, managing cash handling and POS procedures, maintaining health/safety standards, and serving as a keyholder for opening/closing procedures; requires 18+ and availability for early morning and weekend hours; strong communication, team leadership, and customer-service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- MUST BE ABLE TO OPEN MON-FRI @ 4:30AM AND/OR CLOSE SAT & SUN @ 8:30PM
