Job Summary
Lead shifts at a drive-thru only store, including morning rushes, middays, and closes. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Train new Baristas, perform shift opening and closing duties, and assist with ordering, administrative duties, receiving deliveries, and distributing stock. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the store while managing and minimizing business costs. Research and resolve quality and service complaints. Weekend and some night availability required. This role is with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee, a specialty coffee brand established in 1998.
