Store Supervisor

Lead shift operations at the drive-thru, including morning rushes, middays, and closes. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Train new Baristas, perform shift opening and closing duties, and assist with ordering, administrative duties, receiving deliveries, and stock replenishment. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the store while managing and minimizing business costs. Research and resolve quality and service complaints. Weekend and night availability required.
