Store Supervisor

The Shift Lead role at Scooter’s Coffee franchise involves directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager with store operations. You will serve as a role model for barista responsibilities, lead the team when the Store Manager is unavailable, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques. Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods, onboard and train new team members, provide constructive feedback, seek opportunities to increase sales, and handle cash, POS operations, and health/safety guidelines. You’ll also act as a keyholder, follow opening/closing procedures, ensure shifts are covered, and demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability. Administrative support to the Store Manager is also expected.
