Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality while managing inventory, ordering, and restocking supplies. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance, implement company policies for a safe environment, and resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving. Monitor financial performance via sales reports and budget management, and assist in developing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales. Foster a positive work culture emphasizing teamwork and employee development. Requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions
