Job Summary
As Store Supervisor for Vans in Livingston, you’ll blend sales and people leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance. You’ll coach sales associates, model a hands-on, guest-focused approach, ensure the store looks great and operates to brand standards, and actively contribute to achieving store KPIs and profitability. You’ll enforce operational policies, maintain visual merchandising guidelines, and manage responsibilities such as opening/closing the store, staying flexible for weekends/evenings/holidays, and communicating effectively in English. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems supports daily operations in this entry-level management role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in opening and closing a store
- Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
