Store Supervisor (Makin' Bank!)

Store Supervisor role at Palm Beach Tan overseeing daily store operations, staff hiring and development, customer service, and achievement of sales and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, complying with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, stamina to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
