Job Summary
Store Supervisor responsible for maintaining a productive store environment and achieving performance metrics. Duties include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff during a 5-week manager-training course; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; delegating daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
