Job Summary
Store Supervisor (m/w/d) in Berlin overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager; takes initial responsibility for the team, helps ensure customer enthusiasm, drives sales, and helps the team reach targets. Develops toward higher roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Leverages strong leadership, communications, and motivation to inspire the team and deliver excellent customer service in Skechers’ retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Supervisor-Position
- Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
