Store Supervisor JD Haarlem

Support and inspire the team on the shop floor to drive sales, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and maintain high visual standards. Lead by example while coaching team members, handling onboarding, and enforcing safety procedures and HR policies. Ensure every customer receives to-level service and that store processes and brand energy are consistently followed. Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve performance and profitability goals. Represent the JD attitude across all departments including Retail, Visual Merchandising, People, Customer Service, and Profit Protection.
