Job Summary
Provide best in class service by greeting and assisting customers, coaching all employees to do the same while supervising daily workflow of donations, production and store. Lead and train staff, monitor customer flow and sales performance, operate a register with proper cash controls, ensure efficient production and merchandising, and model the store’s core values. Maintain positive store image, uphold safety and asset protection standards, enter reports accurately, and demonstrate leadership to drive team productivity and revenue toward community-support goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year work experience, retail preferred
