Store Supervisor (Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall)

Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and drive sales performance by exceeding store targets. Monitor staff service standards to maximize overall store sales, utilizing in-store systems to optimize product placement and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Support staff training, development, and onboarding to ensure team growth and performance. Candidates must have at least SPM, one year of retail or supervisory experience, and be able to communicate in Mandarin. Located in Peney at Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall.
