Store Supervisor Full-Time

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing while managing and motivating a team through guidance, training, and support. Monitor and analyze sales performance to set goals and drive targets, handle customer inquiries professionally, and implement policies to ensure compliance. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new associates, and conduct regular meetings to communicate goals and expectations. Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability. Monday to Sunday availability (40 hours, flexible) is required. Previous experience is essential.
