Job Summary
Coach the team to deliver best-in-class service, resolve customer issues quickly, and lead product launches and in-store activations. Analyse daily performance to support stock plans and drive sales targets through selling techniques. Manage rotas, deliver on-the-job training, and maintain visual merchandising and health & safety standards across the store. Work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends to ensure premium store presentation and compliance with company procedures.

- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised, dependable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Right to Work documentation
Desired Qualifications
