Job Summary
Maximize in-store sales, satisfy customers to build loyalty, and monitor stock while ensuring employee safety. Display products to stimulate interest, control day-to-day expenses, and maintain the property portfolio. Safeguard colleagues' interests by adhering to policies, plan for future efficiency, and provide training activities. Lead a team of Sales Assistants to improve service and drive commercial results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for fashion retail and the Footasylum ethos to Defy Ordinary
- Ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude
