Job Summary
Store Supervisor responsible for driving sales and supporting store operations in a Milan, Italy location. Manages and motivates the sales team to achieve targets, deputises for the Manager in their absence, trains staff on industry knowledge and product lines, ensures high levels of customer service, maintains store image and merchandising standards, conducts floor walks, monitors security and safety, and implements initiatives to improve performance. Key skills include leadership, coaching, retail operations, replenishment, visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, and strong communication with colleagues and customers.
