Job Summary
Manage retail staff, including cashiers and floor personnel, by coaching, training, and evaluating on-the-job performance. Ensure pricing accuracy, maintain store cleanliness, and oversee inventory levels to meet fluctuating supply and demand. Coordinate shipping, set up displays, and handle customer questions, complaints, and issues while ensuring promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards. Organize and distribute staff schedules to help retail sales staff achieve targets. Maintain health and safety measures and collect local competitors' prices. Ensure quality, customer service, and safety standards are met across all operations.
Required Qualifications
