Job Summary
Store Supervisor at TD Bank in Philadelphia, PA. Supervises day-to-day store activities to achieve operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer/sales objectives. Manages teller and platform operations, customer escalations, and leads a team to deliver personalized service and advice. Responsible for lobby leadership, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention. Engages with customers to discuss financial products and build relationships, with active involvement in lead management and cross-selling while maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires HS diploma or GED; 2+ years of customer/sales experience; supervisory experience; preferred Notary license; familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Regulation Z and mortgage licensing for loan-originator activities.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales
- Notary License (preferred)
- Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching
- Ability to multi-task and maintain order in the Store
- Strong organization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
- Ability to supervise and lead others
- Customer service and sales experience
- Regulatory and TD Bank U.S. policies and guidelines knowledge
- Experience with cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention
- OCC language and mortgage-licensing related requirements (Loan Origination, MLO, NMLS)
