Job Summary
Lead and mentor a store team as a Store Supervisor at Sheetz, delivering top-tier customer service and overseeing daily store operations. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, serving quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner, coaching team members to prioritize tasks, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available, and maintaining cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas. Required Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds
- the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
