Job Summary
Sheetz Store Supervisor responsible for leading store team members, delivering high-quality customer service, and mentoring the work team to prioritize tasks. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing food/beverages to exact specifications, ensuring product availability through effective merchandising, maintaining cleanliness in-store, kitchen, and dining areas, and coaching the team to operate with energy and hospitality. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks
- Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist lifting up to 40 pounds
