Job Summary
Greet customers with top-tier service and serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks, while keeping an eye on in-stock products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available. Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas. This role includes an additional $1.50/hr for overnight shifts running from 10pm to 6am. You must be 21 years of age or older to perform certain tasks per Virginia state law. Required Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task
- perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds
- the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks
