Job Summary
Store Supervisor at TD Bank in Greenville, SC: supervising day-to-day store operations, leading teller and platform teams, driving operational excellence, compliance with policies to mitigate risk, supporting sales and customer advisory activities, managing cash handling, vault, and fraud prevention, coaching and developing staff, engaging customers with financial guidance and loan product discussions, and ensuring regulatory readiness including NMLS/MLO requirements. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
- Active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) or eligibility
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
- 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent
- Notary License (preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to coach and lead a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage cash handling, vault management, and compliance with Operations procedures
- Knowledge of financial products and advisory conversations for customers
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation
- Adherence to regulatory and TD Bank U.S. policies and procedures
