Job Summary
Store Supervisor oversees store operations under Store Manager/Assistant Manager, including financial performance, personnel management, cash handling, merchandising, loss prevention, and policy enforcement. Cross-trained in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising; responsible for training staff, scheduling, bank deposits, cash reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring customer service excellence. Must manage donations processing, maximize sales through rotation and production goals, supervise stockroom, and maintain clean, efficient processing areas while upholding safety and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, donors, and employees
- Proficient in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Computer literate; familiarity with spreadsheet and word-processing software
