Job Summary
Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store. Demonstrate product knowledge, provide authentic customer service, and drive sales goals and local marketing efforts. Act as a role model for the team, deliver on store KPIs, contribute to visual merchandising guidelines, ensure health and safety and inventory compliance, and assist with administrative duties and store security. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with sporadic scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred (not required)
- Experience in retail sales / customer-facing role
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
