Job Summary
Store Specialist role in Portugal for IQOS retail, part-time (20h/semana) in shopping-center environment. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding needs, presenting IQOS to adult tobacco users, end-to-end sales, after-sales service, ensuring a personalized consumer experience, achieving KPI targets (customer satisfaction and conversion), and keeping the store clean and presentable. Requires 2+ years in consumer-facing roles, native Portuguese with fluent English, retail/system familiarity (Outlook, MS Office), weekend/rotating shifts, and valid EU work permit for Portugal. 20h/week contract with base salary 534€ plus allowances, health and life insurance, pension and education stipend, training opportunities, and potential career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência relevante em relacionamento com o consumidor
- Facilidade com sistemas de retalho ou business (por exemplo, Outlook, MS Office)
- Conhecimento dos idiomas de Português nativo e Inglês fluente
- Experiência em retalho, vendas, atendimento ao cliente
- Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime rotativo e fins de semana – horários de Shoppings
- O candidato deverá ter os requisitos legais para trabalhar em Portugal – EU Work Permit
