Job Summary
Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders, accurately staging items in the fulfillment area. Properly handle all product, including bagging items to reach the customer, and make appropriate substitutions while processing payments. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and may carry out other customer service duties, such as running a register. This part-time role requires morning, afternoon, or evening shifts including weekends, with a pay range of $16.50 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
- Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for Morning, afternoon, evening shifts including weekends
- Shifts starting as early as 6am
- Must be 18 years or older
