Job Summary
Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders, accurately staging items in the fulfillment area for curbside pick-up. Properly handle all product, including bagging items to reach the customer, and make appropriate substitutions while processing payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, while also running a register and performing other customer service duties as needed. This part-time role requires morning and afternoon shifts including weekends, starting as early as 6am, with a minimum age of 18. Candidates must have customer service experience and the ability to use a company-issued device. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
- Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Morning, afternoon (includes weekends)
- Must be 18 years or older
