Store Shift Supervisor

Act as Manager on Duty, executing merchandising plans, maintaining in-stock conditions, and driving engagement through direct customer communication and feedback. Resolve customer issues promptly, oversee work assignments to maximize profits, and ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA requirements, and pricing regulations. Perform daily store walks to identify successes and opportunities, enforce necessary logs, and ensure all associates follow established procedures and safety protocols. Supervise multiple aspects of store operations to ensure efficient, productive, and safe work environments.
