Store Shift Supervisor

Act as Manager on Duty, executing merchandising plans, maintaining in-stock conditions, and resolving customer issues promptly. Oversee work assignments, ensure compliance with labor laws and OSHA requirements, and enforce necessary logs. Perform daily store walks to identify successes and opportunities while directing associates on receiving, producing, and replenishing merchandise. Maintain pricing accuracy, freshness, and product rotation, ensuring all company policies are understood and followed. Direct supervisory responsibilities include ensuring associates work safely, efficiently, and productively. High school diploma required; associate degree or two years' experience preferred.
