Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, executing merchandising plans, maintaining in-stock conditions, and resolving customer issues promptly. Oversee work assignments, enforce departmental procedures for receiving and replenishing merchandise, and ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA requirements, and pricing accuracy. Perform daily store walks to identify successes and opportunities, communicate company policies to associates, and drive engagement through direct customer feedback. Supervise multiple aspects of store operations to ensure associates work safely, efficiently, and productively while maximizing profits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Two years' experience
