Store Shift Supervisor

Act as Manager on Duty, executing merchandising plans, maintaining in-stock conditions, and resolving customer issues promptly. Direct supervisory responsibilities include ensuring associates work safely, efficiently, and productively while enforcing labor laws, OSHA requirements, and pricing accuracy. Perform daily store walks to identify successes, provide direction, and ensure company policies are understood and followed. Manage work assignments to maximize profits and support established procedures for receiving, producing, and replenishing merchandise.
