Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to learn and reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage store functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while assisting customers with product selection and service. Perform back office tasks such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Engage in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Communicate opportunities for community engagement or performance improvement to management. Act as a team member during learning periods and perform nail trims on pets. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, forklift operation skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
