Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations while providing leadership coverage and managing up to four shifts weekly. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security, and perform back office tasks such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Act as a team member when managers are absent, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and communicate performance improvement opportunities to leadership. Perform duties including nail trims for animals and operate equipment like forklifts. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
