Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations while providing leadership coverage up to four times a week. Assist neighbors with product selection, animal care, and back office tasks like updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Act as a team member when managers are offsite and communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance. Perform nail trims on furry friends and adhere to safety and security policies. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, forklift operation, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
